There are so many different styles of leadership...so many different types of gifts!  Each and everyone one of us has been given our own special spiritual gift(s) to be used for our unique purpose.  Sometimes,
though, those gifts are clouded by external pressures and feelings of doubt within us.  And so,
finding the confidence or even the will to step up to a challenge sometimes seems more
than we can handle.  But St. Paul said to Timothy, as shown above, that we must not
think of ourselves as too young, or too inexperienced, or too unsure.
